My Voltec Charger for my Chevy VOLT 120V WHEN I PLUG IT IN TWO RED LIGHTS/LEDS COME ON ON THE BACK, AND IT WON’T CHARGE, HOWEVER THE CHARGER WILL WORK ON ANOTHER OUTLET, BUT BOTH OUTLETS WORK AND CHECK OUT??? ANY SUGGESTIONS THANKS
Craig, I am NOT an expert on chargers but you MIGHT be running into a situation where one of the outlets is on a circuit where the amperage is too low. Another possibility is a possible ground fault. Try a third outlet that you know is not on the same circuit as the other two. If it works you almost certainly will know there’s a fault on one outlet that might require an electrician to check out. (The single outlet might itself not be grounded and need repair, but checking alternate circuits first is a good move.
