The 2012 Chevrolet Sonic hatchback small car will debut at the North American International Auto Show on Monday, January 10, 2011 in Detroit, Michigan. The Sonic offers turbocharged performance, class-leading rear-seat roominess/cargo space and a variety of connectivity features. The Sonic – the only small car built in America – is also available in a four-door sedan. Production of the Sonic begins later in 2011 at the General Motor Orion Assembly Center in Michigan.
