The 2017 Nissan Rogue is KBB.com's best deal for the month of January with a $189 a month lease offer.

Television ads featuring new cars, trucks and crossovers with giant red bows on them are no longer flooding the airwaves, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t a few deals to be had on a new vehicle.

Kelley Blue Book, or KBB.com, tracked down the best 10 lease and purchase deals currently available with the Nissan Rogue topping their list. A 2017 Rogue can be leased for just $189 a month with $1,899 down for 36 months.

In fact, the top four deals are leases offerings, according to KBB.com.

“The holidays may be over, but if you’re looking to buy or lease a new vehicle, this month’s list presents a wide variety of appealing deals,” said Jack R. Nerad, executive editorial director and executive market analyst for Kelley Blue Book’s KBB.com.

“January offers bargains on all types of new model-year vehicles. At the top of our list is the newly updated 2017 Nissan Rogue compact SUV, one of the 10 best-selling vehicles in the country.”

Hyundai is offering $4,000 cash back on its Veloster coupe.

The next best offering is the 2016 Hyundai Sonata which can be leased for 36 months at just $179 a month and $1,449 down. The best buy of the month is also a Hyundai: the 2016 Veloster. The slow-selling little coupe comes with a sticker price of just under $19K; however, it also comes with a $4,000 cash rebate.
