John Hennessey and his gang are at it again with the new VelociRaptor 6x6.
What do you get when you cross a dinsosaur with a Ford F-Series pickup truck? Hennessey Peformance Engineering’s latest creation: the VelociRaptor 6×6.
Hennessey’s VelociRaptor 6×6 is what one imagines if the Ford Raptor was combined with the speed, agility and cleverness of a velociraptor. The 6×6 beast will be limited to a production run 50 vehicles. It comes in at $349,000.
Taking 11 months from concept to finish, the VelociRaptor 6×6 is the successor to the original four-wheeled Hennessey Performance VelociRaptor, which debuted in 2010.
The company had no plans to continue the line, but a customer request changed all that. Hennessey produced a custom twin-turbo package on the customer’s 2010 Ford Raptor, and the demand skyrocketed once enthusiasts found out.

For $349,000 you can get the latest beast from Hennessey Performance Engineering.
Of course, the truck’s appearance on Top Gear USA in 2011 didn’t hurt the truck’s popularity or sales. Thus far, Hennessey has built more than 1,000 four-wheeled VelociRaptors.
